The Organ
All Saints houses an impressive four-manual organ by Hill, Norman and Beard which continues to play an important part in the life of the church and the town.
The bank holiday organ recital series regularly showcases the organ, which has been played by many famous recitalists including Harold Darke, Sydney Nicholson, Francis Jackson, Ivor Atkins, Percy Buck, William Wolstetholme, Peter Hurford, Gillian Weir, Carlo Curley, Martin Neary, Roy Massey and John Scott. The current organist, David Williams, is the most recent in a long line of resident organists at All Saints.
